Louisiana Valedictorian Secures Nearly $3.4M in Scholarships

Zoe Bell, a standout senior from Louisiana Virtual Charter Academy, has captured national attention after earning nearly $3.4 million in scholarship offers. Graduating as valedictorian with a 4.3 GPA, Zoe’s academic excellence and leadership have paved the way for her next chapter at New York University’s prestigious Gallatin School of Individualized Study.

Her achievements go far beyond the classroom. Zoe served as a Senate Page Intern in Washington, D.C., and held the role of Vice President of Leadership Development for JAG Louisiana at both local and state levels. Among her many accolades, she was awarded the Jack Kent Cooke and Gates Scholarships—choosing the former for its extended support through law school.

Zoe’s story is a powerful reminder of what’s possible when talent meets opportunity. Her journey not only inspires young scholars across the country but also highlights the importance of investing in Black excellence and leadership.
