WEST MIAMI, Fla. — A tragic incident unfolded on Saturday night in Miami-Dade County’s Gladeview area, leaving an 18-year-old woman from Opa-locka dead. The victim, identified as #ShakeriaWilliams, was found lifeless in a gray 2014 BMW 328i.
